The flat has a no smoking and no pets policy.

Gas and electricity are included.

Deposit and payment

You will need to provide a £100 deposit to secure the booking. This will then act as your retainer and will be returned assuming the flat does not need extensive cleaning, the property has not been damaged or you cancel the booking. The full payment is required a minimum of 6 weeks before your stay.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing to Sam Herbert (email or letter).

If you cancel more than 6 weeks in advance of your booking a full refund will be given.

Cancellations after 6 weeks and before three weeks will lose the £100 deposit.
